Laser Modules





Achray Photonics is offering sealed Laser Modules. The modules are built with edge emitting or VCSEL Laser Dies. A number of wavelenghts are available depending on the requirement. The modules can also house SLEDs and other devices. Our Laser Modules feature:

  2. 14-pin, HHL, XHHL, TO-3, TO-5 and custom packages available
  3. Reasonable cost
  4. Wavelength range: 600nm to 12um
  5. High quality, efficient, TEC and temperature sensor
  6. Up to 90C cooling capability with multi-stage coolers
  7. BFM
  8. Isolator if required
  9. Flexible pinout
  10. Available coated sealed window: Sapphire, Ge or ZnSe
  11. Aligned collimating lens option up to 12um wavelength
